- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on averages for the location. I’m not the most expensive but I’m not undercutting everyone else either. In this industry you get what you pay for. I’m very competitively prices for the quality I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is important. A quick phone call for introductions and an explanation of the project is best. I will usually refer them to my reviews as well. No other special tasks need to be performed with a new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by specialists. I worked for a company that specializes in patches and another that specializes in disaster repair. So I dealt with large and small repairs and gained a well rounded knowledge.
