Bought new flooring on a whim and he was great and did amazing work in a half day compared to an entire weekend it would’ve taken me. Looks amazing and a good price. I removed the base boards and carpet to keep costs down and just need to touch up paint and put them back up.

James did an engineered hardwood floor project for us on about 500 sqft of a 100+ year old home with lots of quirks and difficult angles. He was very responsive and an incredibly hard worker, staying until 9:30PM the second day so he could finish the project. He was very thoughtful with how he laid the flooring, artistically finding pieces that look good together. He also was very smart with his layout to reduce waste of the flooring, which was appreciated because flooring is expensive!! I worked with another contractor before James and ended up cancelling the project with them. They did not seem like they knew what they were doing and still wanted to charge $600 for minor floor prep that was included in James' quote. James came in and called out necessary work that was previously missed and knew exactly what was required to achieve our vision. I am so glad I went with James instead. We LOVE our new floor.

Jamie did an AMAZING refinishing our hardwood floors and repairing where we removed a wall. You cannot see where the wall once was and the yellow hues from the old finish is gone. It is a gorgeous natural color now. Thank you, Wood Floor Pros.

Jaime the owner was really great when I first talked to him and honestly why I chose to work with his company. I’ve been trying to renovate my condo and the communication factor with other designers and contractors had been a nightmare. Megan was wonderful with emailing me back with my every question and concern, because at that point I needed my hand held a little with anything renovation. The day before it all took place, Jake the installer dropped off materials and I was a little scared to find out only one person was doing my floors, so I had a mini panic attack but Jaime called me to reassure me that Jake was good at what he does and would handle everything. I left my house and wished for the best, but when I came back periodically throughout the day I was shocked at how fast Jake moved. He had all the carpet ripped up and removed in the first hour or so, and had nearly all the flooring down IN THE FIRST DAY. And it was quality as well. Second day he finished up. And he came back for an hour on the 3rd day to put on finishing touches with pieces he had to order and grab from the flooring store. We gave him a key and he was in and out. Nothing shady, very trustworthy and I wasn’t scared about leaving the house to run errands because we just moved all our stuff across the country and had a lot to do. I’ve already recommended these guys to friends and I would use them again for floors. Fair prices, didn’t try and charge me for moving a single bed, most companies charge you a crazy fee or fee per item moved, trustworthy installers, great communication, super quick installation. Great company! Oh and my floors look amazing. They don’t do baseboards because that’s an art in its own and Jaime was up front about that to begin with, so I just called a baseboard installation company that specializes in them and got a smokin deal. Wood Floor Pros is that little flooring company that does a really awesome job without trying to rob you and slam you with fees. Simple and easy
