- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both spent years working in the trades and furniture industry for other companies before deciding to build something of our own. We realized that the only way to deliver the level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and personalized customer experience we envisioned was to do it ourselves. Today, BK Toolbox was built on that commitment—providing thoughtful design, quality workmanship, and a seamless experience from the first consultation to the final reveal.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
About 2 months. We worked on a full home design which included not only the design planning, furnishings and decor, but also painting, wallpaper, trim work and custom cabinetry, everything needed to complete each space of the home.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring a professional to design your home will actually save you money in the end - having a plan for each space, maximizing efficiency and functionality, will save you from going through the process of purchasing the wrong pieces on your own and having to start over, replacing things. Interior design and home projects can be complex, but we are here to help you with every aspect and detail.
