Shine Maids were great and did an amazing job removing the dust and dirt from our new build home. It looks so much better now. Very communicative and friendly, and excellent value for the price.

They were very quick to respond, worked with me on what I was able to have done based on my budget and were very quick with their work. I plan to have a lot done to my yard over time and plan to reach out to them again when the time comes.

No call, no show. The last text from Shine Maids says "Ok I would be there in 35 min" after I moved my work meetings multiple times to accommodate them and no one showed up. We all have emergencies and things come up - that's not the problem. The issue is the lack of communication. I just wanted my house cleaned and did not have the will to do it myself since my grandfather died that week. Terrible experience.

We were not able to resolve the situation in time, and more importantly, we failed to communicate with you properly. Had a great experience! Great communication, friendly and did great work. They had to put new sod in a large backyard. Were very timely. I would hire again.
