- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to new clients who want to work on any type of project with us, but the discount is even greater if they choose us alone. We don’t have any fees or extras for the client to pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an appointment. Make an estimate based on your requirements. Provide a job offer and a 3D design to get a clear picture. Finalize the work and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners are licensed by the state of Utah and licensed landscaping professionals. We also have over four years of prior experience and five years of experience doing this type of work, which we are passionate about.
