Just as important, in Mediation you are able to maintain confidentiality and privacy. I have a passion for people and am humbled when mediating a conflict. I fully understand that conflicts are a part of life. When an unbiased third party is needed to help uncover the real issues and emotions, with understanding and knowledge, conflicts that previous had no impasse often result in a good outcome for all parties. As your Mediator I can help facilitate understanding resolution, understanding that 'cases' and 'clients' are in reality, real people.
