I started cooking very young and quickly cultivated a love for everything culinary. I started working in professional kitchens at 17 and spent the next ten years being trained by several excellent chef's, most notably Wolfgang Puck. After coming home to Utah I started working as a private Chef, working to help create special events and amazing memories for groups in a more intimate setting. I am passionate about food and about hospitality services.

I’ve know James for around 20 years. I’ve had the great privilege of being served several over-the-top delicious gourmet meals prepared by James. There are an overwhelming number of self-proclaimed ‘chefs’ out there, and so many are good. But James’ culinary creations rise well above the great majority of those. It isn’t everyday that your restaurant owner & boss Wolfgang Puck takes notice of you and you get that caliber of restaurant experience under your belt. Everything, and I mean everything, from your favorite comfort foods, to gourmet dishes prepared by James has been an experience I will never forget.
