- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, initial assessment and evaluation is $100. It typically takes an hour plus documentation time. Additional visits are less and we discuss that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an initial evaluation and discuss their needs and suggest what is needed after that. Most of the time I try see people just a few times a month. Sometimes it requires a bit more. If it is something that needs frequent care (weekly or more) then I can suggest several local clinics that would work better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Utah law requires 40 hours of education every two years.
