It was a pleasure to work with Sarah in selling our home. She has a phenomenal work ethic, an incredibly rare trait to find anymore. She is very thorough, she had her 3rd baby in the middle of our contract and she did not miss a beat! There were times in our process that she definitely disagreed with us but she heard us out anyway and remained professional, supportive and kind. I wouldn't think twice about working with Sarah again.

Sarah did such a great job for us! She knew exactly what the market value was so we were able to get two full price offers the first week we had the house on the market. She was able to best direct us to which offer was a better one to accept as well. Everything went quickly and smoothly. We didn't need to worry about anything. Sarah was on top of every timeline or any concern the home buyer had. Everything went off without a hitch. I can't recommend her enough. We definitely wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a house!
