Greg was awesome! He was always quick to respond, he was there exactly when he said he would be (not a 4-5 hr window like the big expensive companies) and he went out of his way several times to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and for the best price possible! I was pleased with Greg's work. His appearance was professional and he has a pleasant personality. He explained what needed to be done and the time frame he would do it in. He also pointed out a potential flooding problem that we could have in the future regarding a saddle valve attached to a pex line under the sink that was used for a reverse osmossis system by the previous owners. He said that it is a common flooding problem when the gasket wears out. He replaced it with a crimped tee and emergency stop. He did a great job remounting our farmers kitchen sink to the granite counter top and guaranteed his work for a year. My husband felt that his estimate price was reasonable. We will definitely call him again for future plumbing and home repair needs.
