I needed some lights put on my mother‘s house as I had to put her on hospice and they don’t give her very long to live. I was clueless, so I used the Thumbtack app and I contacted three people. One of them was Vivid solutions the other ones I didn’t get a good feeling from because these are Govee lights, and the other two companies hadn’t really had any experience in the Govee lights. I spoke with Anastasia, it wasn’t 10 minutes and she got back with me and right off the bat even through a text message, I could tell what a nice person she was. They came right on time and worked until they got the project done and it was 200 feet. These people hands down were the nicest couple., Her soon to be husband Tanner, did such a professional job. These lights look awesome. I absolutely 100% will hire these people to do other things around the house. I can’t tell you what a great experience this was and they genuinely care for people like myself. if I could give this nice couple 20 stars, I would do that in an instant. I highly recommend Vivid solutions for whatever job you have. I promise you, you will not regret it!!!!

Responded quickly. I sent pictures and a solution was discussed. An estimate was given and job was scheduled. Quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The handrails were designed and made and installed to fill an immediate need for my aging father. Excellent quality and I’d definitely call on him again.
