Fantastic experience! The guys were very respectful of my property even though it was very cluttered. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. They were priced very well and added offers that everyone else charged for. I love that they sent me pictures throughout the project and updated me on how things were going too. I highly recommend this roofing company!

I had 4 different companies give estimates for my roofreplacement. IWC's bid was the most detailed. Gerald promised to have the roof scheduled within a month & completed the same day it was started. Joe was the foreman on the project. Gerald & Joe were both great to work with & fulfilled every promise. I am very happy with the job they did & how quickly they responded whenever I had a question or concern.

Intermountain West Contractors just replaced our roof yesterday, and we love it! We had a great experience with them. They were competitively priced, they did quality work, used quality materials and cleaned up nicely afterward. It is said that most people never replace a roof more than once in their life. But if I had to do this again on another house, I would certainly not hesitate to return to Intermountain West Contractors.

We had postponed getting our roofreplaced for as long as we could, and so last Fall we knew that we could wait no longer. We did a lot of research, checked the reviews, and asked our neighbors. We received a number of positive recommendations, including one for Intermountain West Contractors. Of the dozen or so candidates, we ruled out a number of them (including some that advertise quite extensively) because of their poor reviews. We then selected six companies to come give us an estimate. The first one - a gentleman we had used before for a small repair job - gave us an estimate that was far higher than we expected, especially for a sole proprietor. The second one was very unimpressive, and tried to talk us into just laying new shingles over the old - an absolutely terrible practice. When told that was unacceptable, she promised to send an estimate within the next couple of days - and we never heard from her again. Needless to say, we were getting quite discouraged already. The third interview was with IWC. The man who visited us was very impressive, he went through their contract and guarantees and all of the details of the process, explained that IWC was the only roofer in Utah that could offer the kind of warranty they did. We were sold before the presentation was finished. But we waited with apprehension for the price - and yet IWC turned out to be much less than we had already been quoted. We immediately signed up, and canceled the remaining three interviews. IWC was scheduled to start within two weeks, but weather began interfering and then winter came, and so it was not until March that we were able to get the work done. IWC was always accommodating and keep us continuously informed. When finally the day came, they finished our entire roof (not a small roof) in only about 8 hours. We were amazed, and so were our neighbors. The cleanup was also quick and thorough. And the roof looks great, too. We highly recommend them.

Every year we do online courses with OWENS CORNING to stay on the cutting edge. It is very important to stay ahead of the curve.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We love ALL our projects. I am really proud of a job we did in Hooper,UTAH where we got almost entire job Free for a family in need. These types of jobs are very fullfilling for me as the owner.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
