- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $85 an hour to open, close, or fix anything with your pool or spa. For a weekly or biweekly cleaning it’s an $85 flat rate which does not include chemical or parts needed. We also have deals going on that can knock your price down, so contact us today!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure it is equipment that we can work with. Talking about price points and how we compare to others. We always make sure to give our customers the amount out the door before doing any repairs or labor.
