If you’re in the market for an honest group of local people dedicated to helping you with your pool/spa needs, North Pointe is terrific. I reached out to have them look at a spa that I acquired through purchasing a home. Not only were they friendly and prompt to come by, they also did not try to up-sell me on chasing a lemon so to speak. Steve walked me through all of what seemed to be wrong. He explained that it’s possible to get everything fixed but the likelihood that we’re heading down a rabbit hole is high. He explained that given that it’s a 23 year old machine that has not been well maintained there’s a strong likelihood that he ends up back here working on it again in a few months. It was refreshing to work with someone that seems to have my interests above their own. Because of that, I fully intend to continue working with them, and suggest you do the same.

Autumn was very informative and professional. She was quickly able to determine the issues with the hot tub and got them fixed. She also braved getting under the deck with the spiders to get the job done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $85 an hour to open, close, or fix anything with your pool or spa. For a weekly or biweekly cleaning it’s an $85 flat rate which does not include chemical or parts needed. We also have deals going on that can knock your price down, so contact us today!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure it is equipment that we can work with. Talking about price points and how we compare to others. We always make sure to give our customers the amount out the door before doing any repairs or labor.
