- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Red Rock Tax & Consulting, we are excited to announce our TASS system(Tax as a Subscription Service), where most of our clients pay a monthly subscription that covers their accounting needs, tax preparation, and most importantly includes UNLIMITED communication. The days of saving pages of unanswered questions are long over, if you have a question about your business operation and finances, the last thing you should worry about is how much your accountant is going to bill you for taking your call. We work for you, we are here to make your life easier, and most importantly we are here to make sure you can focus on what makes you and your business successful.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a introductory meeting, review your needs and desires, discuss what options are available, and then design the implementation plan of moving forward. We can do this meeting either in person or virtually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been a CFO for a regional service company for 7 years, I know what its like in the trenches. Also, that means my small business accounting methods and operation efficiency consulting practices are based on actual "hands-on" business experience. Not experience from the remote lines of an accounting firm, far far away. I also have a Bachelors in Accounting, a Masters in Taxation, and currently pursuing the EA, which should be completed by the end of September.
