FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on my years of experience and knowledge. Not only have I studied Canine psychology and training, I have also studied all aspects of health, anatomy, and animal husbandry. You are hiring an experienced professional, not a high schooler. The price reflects a high quality level of care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually would like a phone call where we can talk about my home, my schedule with the dogs, how I run the day, my training programs, my methods, pricing, and answer any questions the client may have, as well as discuss expectations and possible outcomes.
