- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices shown are average base prices. Your business is unique and we price according to your individual needs. We will develop a pricing model custom to your situation and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial critical conversation where I get to know your business inside and out, your goals, your struggles and the way that you like to do business. I put together a comprehensive plan to help you reach your goals and together we decide which course of action is the best fit for you. You only pay for the work that gets completed, not for any of the conversations that are required to do the project. We don't just do accounting, we also offer our expert opinion regarding any opportunities we see, to grow your business and become more profitable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always continuing our education with specific trainings that are ongoing. EA exams.
