Talk about FIVE-STAR service! I had a major sewer blockage in my house and not only did the technician (Jacob) arrive within the time-frame stated, he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He advised me on what had caused the blockage so I could make sure to avoid things manufacturers say are "flushable" (not!!). On top of all that, Roto-Rooter's prices are extremely reasonable. I am so impressed! Thank you Jacob and Roto-Rooter, Mesquite NV!

I am sure they are expecting this review.So here it is. I had scheduled with Roto and waited for them at my project house to complete a bunch of work for me. An hour goes by and still no show for the scheduled appointment. I call them to see if they are still coming and they said yes they are. I call an hour and a half later and they said yes we are still coming. Mind you that I was the only one to make contact with them during the whole day. Finally 5 hours after appointment time the manager called me and apologized. He said he will give a discount. I had to explain to him 3 different times what I wanted done and he finally got it. Then he proceeded to give me an estimated price and WOW. These guys are a complete rip off. Youre paying for the big name and thats about it. Very unprofessional company and I will NEVER reach out to them again. They wanted to charge me over $5000 to change a couple shower valves and add a rv dump to my septic. It took me 15 min to dig and find the spot to install the dump. I let the manager know youre still charging for the professional dig ?? My little sister could dig this up. They also wanted to charge me another 900 bucks to just cut a waterline that went to irrigation and make it a hose bib.Do not use these guys. Being a contractor myself this is a terrible way to do business and youre definitely scamming people. I just feel bad for the people that wont realize how they do business.What a joke. The only nice person was the lady answering the phone. Thats it.Hopefully this helps the next guy.Whatever response I get from this review is only to combat the truth.

Wax ring problem with the toilet which was repaired properly after using another plumbing company. Tech Karrson was professional and answered all questions. Only time will tell if the repair is successful. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service that was received.
