I called them when I moved into a home with lots of signs of mice. Dave came right away and inspected everywhere. Then he told me that while it was obvious that there had been an infestation, he was sure they were gone and I didn’t need to do anything but cleanup what they left behind. How many businesses would be that honest? He literally talked himself out of a job when he could easily have just gone ahead and charged me for doing something I didn’t need! I have since called Dave for other things, removing a huge hornets nest from my eaves, spider control, etc. He is always on time, friendly and professional. Plus he is the most reasonably priced guy out there. Five stars for PestWorks!

    A free evaluation is important to see what it will take not only to stop the problem, but keep it from being an issue in the future. I find it important to explain the process to each customer so that they have an understanding of how the products and procedures work.

    After thousands of jobs completed, the work becomes second-nature, and I have learned what works best in any scenario.
