Dave was always on time for scheduled appointments. And they were scheduled at our convenience. He thoroughly explained the process he was performing and answered all of our questions. He noticed termite tubes on our foundation and fixed that problem promptly. He is a very personable serviceman!

A free evaluation is important to see what it will take not only to stop the problem, but keep it from being an issue in the future. I find it important to explain the process to each customer so that they have an understanding of how the products and procedures work.

After thousands of jobs completed, the work becomes second-nature, and I have learned what works best in any scenario.
