Do the job they where hired to complete and show up on the date and time scheduled. When the customer calls to find out why they haven't shown up as scheduled to complete the job don't tell them there to busy to do the job.

We offer premium services and products at a reasonable price. We offer discounts on new coverings as well as Afterpay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new coverings a consultation is recommended and for repairs we try to get as much info as possible ahead of time to streamline the process. Installation only is fairly simple as far as fees and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive training and certifications from all the major window covering manufacturers on commercial and residential applications.
