- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Firstly consult is free- I believe that too many people charge to much for what you can actually achieve in an hour - so I would rather you get results and healthy - My Hourly rate varies - depends on the client I always go over an hour and I discount 90 minute workouts. I have several clients who I meet regularly so please if you are goingt oschedule - confirm and COMMIT
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I firstly do an interview either over the phone or in person - find out their 'wants' their 'goals' - injuries -limitations . This is FREE consult Then we talk about " COMMITMENT" - this is vital for success - how many days - how long of a session - how they can fit the training in while their busy lifestyle/
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Physical Education after finishing school - I have never NEVER stopped being an athlete since i was 5 years old- thats right .. i have alwasy every year since I was a kid competed in events -running - sport teams. I am also an Emergency Room RN for 27 years - I KNOW THE BODY better than anyone - I know how hard to push and I know when to stop. VERY IMPORTANT !
