- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For custom projects we go as follows. 1. Site visit. 2. Price for the work is given and discussed. 3. Once a price is agreed, the project is draw up in 3D. 4. Once the design is approved, 50% deposit billed and the work commences. 5. Usually, within 3-5 weeks the project is delivered/installed. Final payment is billed upon satisfactory completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An entire life of woodwork enthusiasm, and passion. Which includes more than 6 years as a professional finish carpenter. More than 11 years as a construction foreman/superintendent.
