I booked Learn to Sushi as a surprise birthday party for my partner. He absolutely loved it! Our guests all had a wonderful time - Chef Steph was amazing! Very informative and personable. Our family had an amazing time with Bret and Learn to Sushi. He was so fun, engaging, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone from our five-year-old grandson to our aging grandpa had a fabulous time learning how to make sushi, The ingredients were quality, he showed us how to do everything from start to finish. I can’t remember the last time we all laughed as much as we did with Brett and his Learn to Sushi experience. He made our family vacation! Great sushi too, tons of creativity and tons of laughter from all 12 of us! Highly, highly recommend! Seriously so much fun! Thank you Brett! We will be booking him at least once a year for our family get togethers!

My husband and I had a private Sushi making lesson and it was so much fun! The instruction was super detailed and made it easy for beginners like us to learn. By the end of the night we felt like pro's and we were stuffed from delicious fresh fish! Would highly recommend this experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of fish is the same for one person as it is for about 15. If you want to learn how to make sushi, perhaps make it an event and invite friends and family over to try your creations. I'll make sushi right beside you and will provide a sushi kit you can keep!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to understand how many people, where I need to travel to and if people want to learn.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I traveled for work, I'd stop in and ask sushi chefs about their sushi. Eventually I had enough information and recipes to start making this for family and friends.
