If you're looking for sushi that's cheaper than you think it should be, but tastes better than you can mentally line up in your brain? Then stop and book Learn to Sushi. One stop shop for events and parties. Professional, communicative, and delicious. I hate that I can only choose three of the choices on the positives to leave a review. You're welcome.

We hired Brock to teach us how to make sushi for my birthday, this was seriously so much fun!! 🍣 🎂 We were blown away with how yummy the appetizers turned out, in so much that Brock surprised us by saying “we haven’t even started on the actual sushi rolls.”😂 We learned how to make Tofu Sushi pockets and Avocado Bombs as the appetizers! They were both delicious! 😋 Then we put our creative hats on and made some amazing restaurant-worthy sushi rolls!! 👌🏻The sauces we used were spot-on with flavors! I want to say the overall favorite was the coconut sauce, however we LOVED all of them! 🥥 Brock did such a great job teaching us and keeping the vibe fun and light the entire night! We especially appreciated how spent time helping out our youngest son to make sure he was doing everything correctly and enjoying the process as well! We will definitely hire Brock and use Learn to Sushi again in the very near future! We highly recommend! The only challenge we run into now, we just had the best sushi and it wasn’t at a restaurant, it was in the comfort of our home! Going forward, how can we possibly want to go to a sushi restaurant after being spoiled with the best?!🤣 Thank you, Brock for an amazing evening!! 🙏🏻

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The price of fish is the same for one person as it is for about 15. If you want to learn how to make sushi, perhaps make it an event and invite friends and family over to try your creations. I'll make sushi right beside you and will provide a sushi kit you can keep!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I need to understand how many people, where I need to travel to and if people want to learn.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I traveled for work, I'd stop in and ask sushi chefs about their sushi. Eventually I had enough information and recipes to start making this for family and friends.
