- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering free drive time with our new launch into the thumbtack platform!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hop on a phone call and I get a better idea of the size of the move. We then look at pricing and book! We’ll send any necessary waivers and such and remind of the appointment in the days preceding the move. The guys then show up on time and ready to go on the agreed upon date!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Utah State in business which gives me great skills helping customers and understanding what gives them a great experience. I’ve also moved for many years and have trained my employees to be experts too!
