Hi, my name is Adam and I’ve been a moving professional for many years now. Uinta Moving Company has been built by myself and a few other veterans in the industry to be the highest quality moving service across the Wasatch Front. We focus on Professionalism and high quality moving to ensure the best service possible. We also pride ourselves on our responsiveness and helpfulness from an administrative standpoint to give the best experience from start to finish when dealing with our movers or the office.

If you do one thing, make sure you hire Uinta. You will absolutely not regret it. I would rate these guys more than 5 stars if I could. Daniel and Jordan were professional and efficient. We had a lot of heavy bulky items to move from our townhome to a single family home and both of them moved so quickly. I thought there were more movers because of how fast they were able to get things loaded into the truck and then unloaded. I was shocked to know that there were only 2. I found Uinta on Thumbtack and to be completely honest they were going to be my last choice. They didn’t have a lot of reviews compared with other companies. But, I decided to send them a message along with several other companies because our move was really last minute. The other companies quoted me an unreasonable amount of money and felt stale or hollow when speaking with them. Uinta replied to my message within about 5 minutes and answered promptly when I called. They were friendly, courteous, professional and upfront about cost. They were able to get us scheduled when we requested, and communicated throughout the whole process. I am so glad that I gave these guys a chance. I have moved a lot in my life and have hired many different companies to move. No one compares to Uinta. They handled our things with care, which is something that I couldn’t say for other companies I have hired previously.

I worked with Daniel and Cole of a move across the valley. We went from a single level home to a townhome. They packed us up at the old place well and did an amazing job getting our things unpacked and appropriately placed. They went the extra mile and were super personable. Will be calling them for our next move.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering free drive time with our new launch into the thumbtack platform!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hop on a phone call and I get a better idea of the size of the move. We then look at pricing and book! We’ll send any necessary waivers and such and remind of the appointment in the days preceding the move. The guys then show up on time and ready to go on the agreed upon date!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree from Utah State in business which gives me great skills helping customers and understanding what gives them a great experience. I’ve also moved for many years and have trained my employees to be experts too!
