Zoom Drain got the sludge out of our kitchen drain. The kitchen drain works great now. wish I had them come 10 years ago. The plumber was great to work with and was very professional and kept everything very clean even though he was handling very dirty material.

Super nice guy. Showed up same day. Got a drain flowing that 2 residential plumbers didn't want to touch. Had multiple equipment sizes and options. Ended up running the smaller snake down the drain twice, but did try for quite a long time to get the big one down...

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
