We had Comfort Home Improvements install new siding, shutters, and rain gutters. They did such a great job and we are so happy with how beautiful our home looks. The owner, Steven Thiel, is easy to get ahold of if you have questions. He makes sure everything is done perfectly and really went the extra mile for us. We highly recommend this company.

Steve and his team did a great job with our siding! It looks amazing!! He did exactly what he said he would do in a timely manor. The price was fair and a we were happy with the quality of the product and the service. He even special ordered and installed the door we wanted. I recommend Comfort Home Solutions to anyone who may be looking to have their siding replaced.

Steven with Comfort Home Improvement was amazing to work with. Steven walked us through the whole process from choosing the siding color, facet and facia and rain gutters. We even had to order a brand new door that had to be custom ordered because the door frame was to small and with each step he was there answering our questions that we had. Stevens crew came in and in only a day or two they tore down the old siding and brick and installed the new siding. Everyone that we worked with has been kind and friendly. My house looks brand new and I could not have done it without the help and knowledge from Comfort Home Improvements. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to update, fix or remodel their house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no cost for a quote for anything that we offer. As far as discounts go, instead of offering "temporary discounts", we choose to give you the best price that we have any day, all year round.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quote. You can choose to have it in person or virtual. Most quotes can be done in 30 minutes or less (45 minutes for siding), depending on the size of the job and the product you need a quote for. During your quote, we will answer any questions that you have to try and find what best fits your needs, get measurements for an accurate price, then give you prices for the different options we have so you can find what best fits your budget, and then leave that information with you so you can decide what's best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the home improvement business for over 25 years. We have passed all the test and acquired all licenses required to do work here in Utah.
