I had new windows installed for my house. The workers were extremely friendly and respectful. They arrived on time and finished that day. They left things even better than they found them - including hauling away an old broken (I broke them) set of blinds so that they didn’t fill up my garbage can. They showed me how all of the windows worked and even gave tips on cleaning solutions. The new windows look great and it’s so nice to be able to open all of them now!
Looking forward to working with them on future projects - I 100% recommend the product and team!

Wonderful experience. Crew was friendly, polite, worked hard, used dropcloths, cleaned up. Windows look amazing. Walked us through how to use them and how to save labels for warranty and rebates. Overall, an excellent job and experience. Love my new windows!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no cost for a quote for anything that we offer. As far as discounts go, instead of offering "temporary discounts", we choose to give you the best price that we have any day, all year round.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quote. You can choose to have it in person or virtual. Most quotes can be done in 30 minutes or less (45 minutes for siding), depending on the size of the job and the product you need a quote for. During your quote, we will answer any questions that you have to try and find what best fits your needs, get measurements for an accurate price, then give you prices for the different options we have so you can find what best fits your budget, and then leave that information with you so you can decide what's best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the home improvement business for over 25 years. We have passed all the test and acquired all licenses required to do work here in Utah.
