Big Dog Academy is committed to giving you and your dog the relationship each of you deserve. We guarantee our work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m both reasonable and in most cases far less than most trainers. Not all dogs are the same, I can and will customize things with my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To talk through their desires for the dog and the issues they are having. Want to talk by phone, so I can fully understand what they are looking for?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4000 hour certification through the US Department of Labor as a dog trainer. There are very few trainers with any real educational certifications.
