- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my fees on the type of case the client is dealing with. I offer military discounts to military service members and their families.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with each potential client according to their wishes and needs. If a client prefers to meet in person for a consultation before they hire me, I am happy to do that. Some clients prefer to make all of the arrangements via phone, email, and other means of electronic communication. I am fine with that too. For me, the priority is whatever is best for the client. I am here to reduce your stress and anxiety, by helping your case go as well as it can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's of science in Sociology from BYU. I then attended law school at BYU's law school, the J. Reuben Clark Law School. I graduated from law school and became a licensed attorney in 1999.
