Computer Support Online offers single-fix and yearly membership options for all of its customers. After a free diagnosis, we are able to suggest the best option for your computer needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Computer Support Online works with each customer on an individual basis to target their computer needs. We use a secure, online program to remotely access your computer and diagnose the problem. This secure, remote access will not affect any settings currently on your computer. Once CSO have a diagnosis, we are able to recommend the solution and provide more detailed pricing before fixing the problem. For customers with ongoing computer needs, we are able to offer yearly memberships that cover long-term and multiple issues.
