Atlas Dance Collective

Introduction: Atlas Dance Collective was founded by Whitney Collins in 2018. As the director, Whitney has over 17 years of dance experience. She earned her BFA degree in Modern Performance and designed Atlas Dance Collective to provide professional performance, teaching, and choreographic opportunities for its members and other emerging artists. Within Atlas’ first year of being established, Atlas has performed at 10 different venues, provided 22 choreographed pieces an opportunity to perform at an Atlas-based venue, and has supported 16 dancers who have been on the company since we opened our doors! We strive to continue making an impact for emerging artists to showcase their work, help them grow as individual artists through our project-based dance company and/or our annual FUSE Festival.
