More than impressed with the Western Timber Frame experience from start to finish. My sales rep responded promptly, answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests with the design of my pavilion. Material and build quality was stunning to say the least and the hardware kit was 100% complete. Even came with touchup paint. Wind rating was tested and exceeded by a direct eye wall hit from Hurricane IDA. My pavilion didn't move an inch and only lost some of the shingles I had installed.
Highly impressed and highly recommended.

Western Timber Frame built a 20'x20' pavillion in my back yard. Everyone I dealt with during the design & installation was pleasant and professional. I would do business with them again in the future.

Western Timber designed a custom Pergola/Pavilion based on a design that my wife and I liked. Mark was great to work with. He drove all the way up to Logan to map everything out.
We've had our structure for 2 years now and it looks exactly like it did on day 1.
We LOVE it!
