More than impressed with the Western Timber Frame experience from start to finish. My sales rep responded promptly, answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests with the design of my pavilion. Material and build quality was stunning to say the least and the hardware kit was 100% complete. Even came with touchup paint. Wind rating was tested and exceeded by a direct eye wall hit from Hurricane IDA. My pavilion didn't move an inch and only lost some of the shingles I had installed. Highly impressed and highly recommended.
