I was looking for a mathtutor because my daughter was struggling in math during her freshman year in college. Since working with Math Help, the experience has been absolutely amazing. I had a great experience with my mathtutoring overall. Math has always been my weakest subject, and I was extremely nervous going into my GED math test, but Owen made everything so much easier to understand. I love Math Help at Home Tutoring and so does my daughter. Choosing them was the best decision I have made, especially when it comes to my daughter’s education. She now feels more confident in her math class and I know a lot of it had to do to the wonderful mathtutors from a Math Help at home. My daughter’s math grades have improved and she opted to having 2 sessions a week as she felt it helped her more to get prepared for tests and quizzes.

Camille and Avery are excellent mathtutors. Both are patient and encouraging. Initially my kids didn’t want to do tutoring and now they look forward to knowing the material and feeling confident. One went from a D to B and, now, on her way to an A in her geometry class. The other went from a D to C in stats and is on her way to a B! Plus, they are also very affordable sessions and produce superior results. We’re satisfied!

Free consultation. After that, each session is $45/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know you and your needs, goals, and expectations. We love to help you or your child feel that WE TRULY believe in them and their ability to do math. We will be with you every step of the way and help ease your fears or concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. and M.A. in Mathematics Education from Brigham Young University. My thesis was on calculus education. I have 8+ years of private and group tutoring experience.
