Coach Cassi is extraordinarily helpful to me with her nutrition guidance. I was not doing well with my eating habits and I seriously needed help. I reached out to CP Fitness and Cassi got back to me right away. When we started working together, she would check in with me on a regular basis to see how I was adhering to the program she set up for me - she wouldn’t let me get away with ignoring her or slipping. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are no hidden fees. The prices are per session. There are options for 1-on-1, couples, and groups of 3.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first session will be a consultation. The focus is on figuring out a game plan for our future time together. We will find out your strengths and weaknesses, injuries and limitations. We will talk about goals and your motivation behind them. I’ll try to find out about your family or situation and what kind of support system you have. We will also discuss food habits and diet history. At the end of the session we will agree on some specific goals and go from there!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I used to struggle with my weight and yo-yoed a lot. I was miserable and just didn’t know what to do! 10 years ago I hired a personal trainer and it changed my life... now I have dedicated my life to helping others do the same!
