My typical process working with a new client would be to look at their specific needs and come up with a plan to help them, quote them a price, sign an engagement letter, accept payment upfront, and get busy working for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. I have been doing bookkeeping since 2001. I am "retired" from HoneyBaked Ham, Inc. as their accountant/bookkeeper.
