Great catering service for a major fundraising event, with close to 300 guests. Chalia was great to work with. She remained calm at all times, and our guests loved the food that she and Juan made. She offered a very nice tasting opportunity in advance while we were choosing caterers, and we were sold! Would happily use The Brulee Catering again.

We start by a phone call or email to layout the details of your event. This is typically followed by a consultation and tasting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef has over 26 years of experience in the food industry. Chef Chalia graduated from the MATC culinary arts program. She has worked as a pastry and executive chef for many well known restaurants in the area.
