- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to give the customer the best pricing possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the possible work area to really dive deep into the scope of work with the client. After getting to know what work needs to be done, I work with my team to organize the proposal/estimate for the client. We either negotiate the pricing or just move on forward with what we had proposed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done handyman work for 5+ years in a variety of settings.
