He wrote down the wrong date to come. He is now coming on Monday. Added critique: Once we got the date corrected, he came on time, and did a wonderful job! He is very personable, and explained what he was doing in a manner that was easy to understand. He performed my sprinkler shut down quickly and easily, and gave me tips for the spring, when I start up my system again. Since this is my first time with a sprinkler system, clear instructions are important to me. He accomplished that!
