- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free inspections and provide detailed estimates so you can clearly see what is included before the work begins. Our goal is to give you fair, accurate pricing upfront—not a low number that grows once the project starts. We have an experienced team and trusted trades who help us deliver quality work while keeping the project within the agreed budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site inspection where we listen to your ideas, look at the space, and talk through your budget and goals. We then build a detailed scope and estimate for the project. Once approved, we help with material selections, create a schedule, and manage every part of the remodel from demolition through the final walkthrough. You will have one team coordinating the entire project and keeping you updated along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured general contractor with experience completing kitchens, bathrooms, basements, full-home remodels, and major reconstruction projects. Our team coordinates every trade needed for the job, including framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, cabinets, painting, and finish carpentry. We also have specialized training in water and mold restoration, which gives us additional experience identifying and properly repairing hidden damage that other remodeling contractors may overlook.
