- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We develop our pricing based on our client's needs. We don't do cookie-cutter pricing because everyone has unique needs. We develop our pricing based upon the amount of work for your project. We don't mark up pricing for services and software that we don't add value to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and find their business goals and suggest things that might be helpful. We also recommend adjustments to the approach if needed. Everything we do is to understand your needs and try our best to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our organization has many certifications which include Google PPC, Google Search Ads, and a member Better Business Bureau. We actively attend monthly seminars, annually attend LocalU, and pay for frequent training related to SEO, social media, and website design and performance to stay updated on the latest techniques and trends. This is critical as the landscape in SEO and advertising is always changing.
