Hard work and determination in helping people accomplish their building needs, unique projects are my favorite, customizing to what my customer wants and the gratification of seeing a job well done.
I enjoy watching a dream turn into reality, my children and I built a log cabin together and the excitement on their faces throughout the whole project was priceless. For mother's day I built my mother a pantry over her stairs utilizing wasted space and making life easier. This chance for my wife and I to work together as a team in starting our business for a better life for our family. I have been a structural iron worker for the last nine years, reinforcing buildings and homes, before that in 2008 before the housing market went south I was building houses, decks, fences, framing basements, built a carport into a garage. I enjoy seeing the end result and happy customers.

Kelon explained where my roof was leaking, and what needed to be done.
Repair work was done very quickly, with all work, plus more, cleaned up.
Kelon was a pleasure to work with.
Also, having had others come out to give me a bid as well, Kelon was the ONLY ONE that explained what/where the issue was, and what it would take to fix the problem. The others never explained what the issue was, only what it would cost to replace my whole roof!!!
Kelon is on speed dial!!!

Keelan was AMAZING. I rarely take the time to write reviews but his service was so incredible! He showed up when he said he would (which is more than I can say for the other 4 people we requested estimates from), he worked his ass off outside when it was over 90 degrees, he got the job done way ahead of schedule, his work was high quality and he came in at 1/2 to 1/3 the cost of other estimates. We initially wanted to hire him to build a deck, but now we are extending that to all of our handyman projects! He was truly outstanding. And such a nice guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I hired Lochhard to build a custom railing for a 10sqft office building. One part of the railing was for our executive office, the other part was for our warehouse/ storage.
