What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have promotionals going on often! My prices are much lower than many other professionals in the market - I was a Bride just 5 months ago and it was so difficult finding someone within our budget. I remember paying SO much for a good photographer with a good product and I want more brides to be able to have that same product but for a third of the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coffee/snacks at my place, meeting up, or video-chatting and planning what you’re envisioning so we can make it happen!
