- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to send us your address or the square footage of your home so we can provide you with a quote. Once the estimate is approved, we’ll help you choose a date that works best for you. To secure your appointment, a **15% deposit of the total service amount** is required at the time of booking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning, organization, and attention to detail. I have also received training in the safe use of cleaning products, efficient cleaning techniques, and professional customer service.
