The work was done quickly. The main concern I had was a lack of communication about what was needing to be done. I had asked about having joints filled and the price it would be to have this done. On the day of the scheduled install they gave me an arrival time of 10 am - 12 pm. After hearing nothing by 12:30 pm I reached out and eventually was told they had some issues with the equipment and would be an hour late. Ok would have been nice to have been told this without my having to ask for an update but no big deal. Installers eventually arrived just after 1 pm and didn't bother talking to me or ringing my doorbell. They just immediately started working no confirmation of work to be doneor even verifying they had the right address. Using my security camera to see their progress I could see they weren't filling in the joints and already started preparing the epoxy. I went out to talk to them which again was more awkward since they hadn't bohered introducing themselves to me and asked why they weren't filling the joints. The reply was it wasn't on the invoice. After a lot of back and forth through text they said they didn't have the material to fill the joints and if I still wanted it done Iwould have to wait till the next day and pay an extra $100 to pay for the additional wages of the employees to come back the next day. Essentially, I had to leave all the contents of my garage outside for an extra day and pay an additional $100 because they ccme unprepared and didn't bother to confirm the details of what I wanted. I don't know why they would assume I didnt want the joints filled if I had taken the time to ask how much it would cost to have them done and added to the initial quote. Finally the color scheme I asked for doesn't look remotely close to what had asked for. I wanted Domino Plus and got something that was basically Nightshade according to the color scheme samples they gave me. The picture I uploaded is what my floor ended up looking like which is pretty obvious it's Nightshade. Again, communication seems to be the main issue
