We had Josh install our appliances in a remodel. It was not an easy task but he got the job done! The house has been through two remodels so nothing is square or straight including walls. Josh was very thorough. He knew what needed done but took the time to look over installation manuals since all appliances are different. He measured and made a plan before install to make sure everything would fit and be level. Everything is installed beautifully, it all works and I have a dishwasher!!

If I could give Josh 100 stars I would! We had water damage in our basement. He had to replace part of the drywall and insulation, match the existing wall texture, mill the baseboards (because he couldn't find any the correct size), match the paint, replace part of the carpet pad and stretch the carpet back in place. Everything looks perfect!! He could not have done a better job! He is honest as the day is long and is very cost conscious. (For example, he used existing paint we had rather than buy new paint.) He will only do what is best for the homeowner. He was also very conscious of keeping the area he worked in neat and clean, didn't track any dirt in the house etc. and made sure everything was very clean and orderly when he was finished. He is very responsive and when he says he will be at your house, he will be at your house. We have several other projects we are having him do and I have recommended him to several friends without reservation.

I’ve worked with a LOT of different contractors over the years and Josh is by far one of the best we’ve come across. We were under a tight time crunch due to being left high and dry by a previous contractor, and Josh came through for us big time. He got on the job right away and didn’t stop until it was done. Not only that, his pricing was extremely fair and when I suggested a total he said it was way too high! I’ve never experienced a contractor that has such high integrity, it was truly a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be going with Josh on future projects around our house.
