- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home and paint project is unique, and we want to make sure we provide you with the best solution and outcome. In-home estimates allow us to give very accurate pricing that will not change during the course of the project. One discount we offer to all clients is 5% off for same-day scheduling--meaning, if we schedule your paint job on the same day you receive the estimate, you will receive 5% off the grand total. This helps us streamline our process and helps you, too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to your home/space, meet you, and ask questions about your painting needs. We will discuss product options and procedures. This is a true partnership with you, and our job is to make sure you are happy with the result.
