I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to air ducts and dryer vents. I could have been easily taken advantage of but Simon took the time to explain the process, how vents work, and what he will be doing and why. I appreciate him and his work ethic. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends. What an amazing job!
