- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cooking lessons I charge $25 an hour per person plus the cost of food. For private events the price is based on the food and amount of people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an asociates degree in culinary arts and am currently attending Johnson and Wales University in charlotte nc to recieve my bachelors degree in food service managment. I also have my servsafe certifications for both food and alcohal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working in kitchens my entire life. i would say I got started in this type of work when I eas little helping my mom cater events for people she knew, friends and family.
