- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing, but we are able to customize the price based on needs and wants of the customer as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for helping new customers is first to analyze their needs. As a home security company that also provides smart home systems and devices we ask find out questions to see what the customer needs as well as wants. We then are able to give them great options so they can tell us what they want to get.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the security industry goes all the way back to selling security systems door to door in 2003. In order to sell a security system you need to know a lot of things. You need to know your products, their performance, the prices, and the competition. Having been doing this for 12 years now I can say with confidence that I am well informed to give our customers the best systems at the best rates!
