I wanted my 40 year-old 4 foot high chain-link fence replaced by a 5 foot high chain-link fence and new gate. Mr. Flores responded promptly to my inquiry and made an appointment. Mr. Flores was pleasant and professional as he walked through my yard, taking measurements while listening to the expectations and pointing out particular areas that might require more attention. My number one priority was to have a safe and secure fenced area for my dogs before the workers left at the end of their work day. No way could there be any open spaces in the fence line! Mr. Flores developed a plan that would meet the safety and security needs of my dogs while managing to quickly replace my fence. I was satisfied with the plan, the work schedule, and the reasonableness of the bid. Work started as anticipated. My property was well respected, with signs of construction kept to a minimum. Work proceeded with no disruption to the normal activities of my household. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated, the mess from construction was fully cleaned up, and cost was entirely consistent with the amount bid. I am thrilled with my new fence. My dogs are secure and safe. Perfect.

I am so impressed by USSA Industries. I messaged them late Saturday and they came next day to quote and ended up repairing my pole on my covered patio that was broken that same day.
