- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is unique. We only use quality products with great warranties. This combined with our experience in installation will make your investment last for many, many years. Windows usually start around 300.00 per window. Siding starts at 400.00 per 100 Square feet. This includes removal of previous material, installation, sealants and weather barriers and all cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Home Consultant will meet with each Homeowner to discuss desired outcomes, looks and efficiency. We give honest consultations with no obligations. We will give an estimate. Once the Homeowner has accepted our offer, we will walk them through design options and colors. Most of our products are custom ordered and can take 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Then, the fun begins. The transformation is rewarding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Owner has 20 years experience in installations of windows and different siding projects. He is a licensed General Contractor that is highly sought out by many other companies. Our education is ever ongoing. Attending Manufacturer's workshops and training sessions on new products.
