- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's never a good idea to have a standard pricing system. It is a dis-service to my clients to not customize their individual jobs. I'm a proponent of transparent marketing and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to get clear direction of what a new customer wants. Good communication and idea sharing are key to making projects more efficient and effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 15 years in the digital advertising space. I also have several Google certifications.
